We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will resolve this for you at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, including personal care products that have been opened or used.
Your Rights As a UK customer, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, without giving any reason.
